Getting Started
This guide walks you through creating your first repricing rule. By the end, you'll have a working rule that prices your Near Mint cards based on TCGPlayer data.
Step 1: Open the Rule Builder
In the sidebar, navigate to Repricing → Rules (DnD). This opens the visual rule builder.

If you don't see the Repricing section, your account may not have the required permissions. Contact your store owner to verify your role and subscription plan.
Step 2: Create a New Rule
In the Rule List panel on the left, click the Add button. A new rule called "Rule #1" appears in the list and is automatically selected.

Step 3: Name Your Rule
Click the rule name at the top of the canvas ("Rule #1") to edit it. Give it something descriptive — for example, "NM — Match TCGPlayer Low". Press Enter or click away to confirm.
Good rule names help you understand what each rule does at a glance, especially when you have 10 or more rules in your list.
Step 4: Add a Condition
Your rule starts with a default price condition. We'll change it to filter for Near Mint cards using an attribute condition instead.
- Look at the Component Palette on the right side of the screen.
- Find Attribute Condition (the blue card icon).
- Drag it from the palette onto the IF section in the center canvas. Drop it on the "Drop a component here" zone.

Now configure the condition:
- Set the first dropdown to Condition (this refers to card condition, not rule conditions).
- Set the operator to is.
- Set the value to Near Mint.
You can also remove the default price condition that was there when the rule was created by clicking the × button on its card.
Step 5: Set the Price
Scroll down to the THEN section. The Set Price block is always present. By default, it's set to "Single Variable" mode with TCGPlayer Low (NM) selected — which is exactly what we want.
If you need a different price source, use the dropdown to pick any available market variable. See Price Variables Reference for a full list.

Step 6: Save Your Rule
Click the Save Changes button in the footer bar at the bottom of the page. The status indicator will show "Saving…" briefly, then switch to a green check with the save timestamp.

Step 7: Run Repricing (Optional)
Once saved, you can click Run Repricing to execute your rules against your current inventory. The system will apply the first matching rule for each listing and update prices accordingly.
Note: You must save before you can run. The "Run Repricing" button is disabled while you have unsaved changes.
What You've Built
Your rule reads like this in plain English:
IF the card condition is Near Mint, THEN set the price to TCGPlayer Low (NM).
Every Near Mint card in your inventory will have its price updated to match the lowest TCGPlayer listing for that card.
